30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge Day 1 2


Yesterday I ran across a fitness challenge that is great for busy people who work desk jobs or work from home.  I’m embarrassed to say, I work at a gym, but rarely take the time I need for myself for fitness.  My excuse is that I am there all day and when work is over, I want to be at home with my family and working my online affiliate marketing business.  That means I sit all day!

But today I am beginning Scott Tousignant’s Fat Loss Quickie “30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge.

I was surprised at how easy the first day’s challenge is….
All I had to do was sit on my stability ball for 15 minutes.

I feel good that today was a success.
Now, I know it will get more challenging and working with someone else helps.  So I want to challenge my blog readers to join me in this challenge and leave a comment on my blog each day as you complete the challenge.  At the end of the challenge, I will have some awesome prizes for the participants.
