This has become my new snack obsession. Mixing greek yogurt with peanut butter helps reduce calories yet keeps the protein content high which leaves you feeling full longer. It’s a good idea to pair a fruit with a protein to help keep your blood sugars level, too.
Wash your favorite type of apple ( I prefer Fuji). Slice in half, then slice again and one more time.
With paring knife, remove the core and seeds.
In a small dipping dish, mix the following:
2 tbs of All Natural Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbs of Peanut Butter
1 tsp of honey
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Stir and dip your apples slices.
This is a healthier version of apples and caramel dip. You can make it even healthier by using home made peanut butter, local honey, and organic cinnamon. The kids will love it and so will you!
