How to Make a Blueberry Mojito – Non-Alcoholic Healthy Beverage


Healthy and Refreshing Blueberry Mojito

 

What better way to celebrate the 4th of July weekend than with a delicious Blueberry Mojito.  This version is non-alcoholic and has been Shaklee-ized!

Blueberry Mojito

 

What You Will Need:

Ice

Blueberries (Approx 10)

Fresh organic Mint Leaves (Approx 10)

2 Tbs of Shaklee Performance (Lemon-Lime Flavor)

8 oz of club soda

Juice of 1 lime (or 2 key limes)

4 drops of Stevia (or more…to your taste.)

How to Prepare:

In a tall glass, put your mint leaves and lime juice.  Meddle these. (See video below)

Add blueberries and meddle more.

Add Shaklee Performance.

 (Add a little water  to your Shaklee Performance and stir until blended before adding to glass to making sure the Performance is dissolved.  I forgot to do that step in the video.)

Fill glass with ice.

Add club soda and Stevia.

Stir.

Garnish with a slice of lime and blueberries.

Sip and enjoy.

 

Variations:

Use different fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, mangos.

Use Shaklee Performance (Orange Flavor)

Blend it all in the blender and serve over ice.
