How to Make “No Bake” Protein Energy Bites 3


If you are looking for an easy recipe for a sweet snack that is healthy and provided energy, then you are at the right place!

These are perfect after school snacks when you are taking your children to dance lessons or sports practice.  They are healthy and will provide you and your child an energy boost!

No-Bake Energy Bites: Protein Balls

1 cup (dry) oatmeal

1/2 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Shaklee 180 Life Shake Protein Mix

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut/almond butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup honey/pure maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Put all ingredients in a bowl.  Stir until everything is moist. Roll into bite sized balls.  FREEZE leftovers.

    Saw your video. I was wondering if this protein is something I could use with my diet plan. I am currently on Keto and need to stay very low on carbs. I find many protein powders on the market are very high with the carbs and sugars. I do not eat much fruit except berries in moderation. Also is the taste of the protein good as I find many out there are chalky. Thank you.
