No-Bake Energy Bites: Protein Balls
1 cup (dry) oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut/almond butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup honey/pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until everything is moist. Roll into bite sized balls. FREEZE leftovers.
