Raspberry Oatmeal Breakfast for Valentines Day and Heart Health Month


Nothing is more satisfying than a good old fashioned bowl of steamy oatmeal on a cold wintry day. Want to jazz it up for the family and be the favorite mom or wife on the block? Try my new Raspberry Oatmeal recipe full of deliciousness and good healthy ingredients to boost energy, focus, keep your waistline in check.

raspberry oatmealRecipe for Two (easily doubled for a family)

2 cups of filtered water
1 cup of rolled oats, organic and gluten free
1/2 cup of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
dash of salt

Cook oats as directed on package.

Then stir in the following:

2 scoops of Strawberry Life Protein Powder
1 tbs of honey or maple syrup (or a few drop of Stevia)

Optional Add-ons
Raspberries, bananas, and/or pecans

 

Enjoy this morning breakfast with your family and you will all have an amazing day!
